  • creation of a compensation fund with a minimum size of 1 million rubles for each participant;
  • minimum dimensions of a compensation fund can be established in the amount of 300 thousand rubles for each member of noncommercial partnership, if it was carried out civil liability insurance to third parties;
  • passage of noncommercial partnership procedures for obtaining the status of SRO in the state bodies authorized to do so.

If all of these conditions and full compliance with the non-profit partnership given the status of SRO and the information on it is entered in the state register.

organizations Requirements to the organization or individual entrepreneurs have the right to carry out construction work, a prerequisite is that they receive a certificate of admission to such works (or certain of their mind).This certificate gives the CPO to its members if they meet certain requirements:

  • svid_ogrn workers should have specialized education corresponding to a given type of work;
  • in IP should be higher (average) professional profile education, and it should work out at least five years in an occupation;
  • a construction company, at least 3 employee must have a university degree, corresponding to the profile work, and 5 employees with secondary vocational education;
  • training employees or PI should be held not less than once every five years.

Some SROS to impose additional requirements to the participants, for example:

  • in SP or organization must be available property, the right to carry out the work;
  • results of proficiency testing in SP, or employees of legal entities must be positive.

Upon entry into SROS participants must make certain required payments - one-time (. The entrance, to the compensation fund, etc.), annual (under an insurance contract, the maintenance of the apparatus, etc..).
