1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1.These building codes apply to the production and acceptance of work on the device insulation, decorative and protective coatings and floors of buildings and structures, except for work, due to the special operating conditions of buildings and constructions.

1.2.Insulation, finishes, protective coatings and floor design must be carried out in accordance with the project (finishes in the absence of project requirements - according to the standard).Replacement of materials provided by the project, products and formulations are allowed only in agreement with the project organization and the customer.

1.3.Work on the production of thermal insulation work can start only after the registration certificate (permit), signed by the customer, the representatives of the installation company and the organization that performs heat insulation work.

1.4.The unit of each element insulation (roof), floor protective coatings and finishing should be done after checking the correctness of the corresponding underlying element with the preparation of an act of examination of the hidden works.

1.5.If appropriate justification as agreed with the customer and the project organization is allowed to assign means of production and work organization and technological solutions, as well as define methods, amounts and types of registration quality control work, other than those prescribed in these Regulations.

2. COVERAGE AND ROOF INSULATION

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1.Insulation and roofing work is allowed to perform 60 to minus 30 ° C environment (production of works with the use of hot mastic - an ambient temperature not lower than minus 20 ° C, using water-based without antifreeze additives is not lower than 5 ° C).

2.2.The grounds under the roof and insulation in accordance with the project the following works need to perform:

arrange temperature and contraction joints;

mount fitting pieces;

plastered portions of the vertical surfaces of the stone structures at the height of the abutment roll and emulsion-mastic carpet roofing and insulation.

2.11.Roll insulation materials in the production of works in subzero temperatures must be within 20 hours to warm to a temperature of at least 15 ° C, rewind and take to the place of installation in insulated containers.

2.13.Roofing and waterproofing carpet from rolled materials with pre-weld factory mastic layer is necessary to stick to the pre-primed base by melting or liquefaction (plasticizing) mastic layer material without the use of gluing mastics.The strength of gluing must be at least 0.5 MPa.

Liquefaction mastic layer should be carried out at an air temperature not below 5 ° C with simultaneous laying of the carpet roll or before stacking (depending on ambient temperature).

2.16.Panels of rolled roofing materials in the device must be bonded:

in the direction from lower to higher areas to the location of panels along the length perpendicular to the water flow at a roof pitch of up to 15%;
