5 space-planning and design solutions

General requirements

5.1 Above-ground car park may provide a height of not more than 9 floors, underground -. not more than 5 underground floors.

5.2 Car parking can be:

with the participation of drivers - on ramps (ramps), or using freight elevators;

without driver involvement - mechanized devices.

5.3 In buildings of parking places is allowed include: office space for service and staff on duty (control

and cash points, dispatch, security), technical purposes (for technical equipment), sanitary facilities, storage room for customer baggage facilities for people with disabilities, andas public phones and a device to lift people.Their need for a composition and area are determined depending on design dimensions of the car park and its operation characteristics.

cabin dimensions of one of the passenger lifts should provide transportation of persons with disabilities who use wheelchairs.

5.4 categories of premises and buildings for storage of cars on the explosion and fire hazards should be determined in accordance with the requirements of the airbag 105.

Premises for storage of cars allowed to refer to categories B1 - B4, building parking lots of cars - Category B (exceptvehicles with engines running on compressed or liquefied gas).

5.5 carpark, are attached to the buildings for other purposes, they shall be separated from these buildings by fire walls Type 1.Parking

built into the building for other purposes, must have a degree of fire resistance of not less than the degree of fire resistance of buildings in which they are embedded, and separate from the premises (floors) of the building by fire walls and ceilings of the 1st type.

In buildings of class F 1.3 built-in parking is allowed to separate fire overlap Type 2, and the residential floors should be separated from the car park floor uninhabited (technical).

In buildings of class F 1.4 release of fire barriers built (adjoined) parking lot accommodating a passenger car owner of the house, is not regulated.In

built into the building for other purposes or adjoined to it car parks in order to prevent the spread of fire should be provided away from the openings to the bottom of the car park nearest the window openings of the building for other purposes not less than 4 m or fire filling window openings (except for buildings F 1.4).

(Revised edition. Chg. Number 1).

5.6 If necessary, the device as a part of the car park (under the design assignment) premises for the service trucks (MOT stations and TP, diagnosis and adjustment works, cleaning, etc.) should be provided for this purpose a separate building, room or group of rooms.These facilities may be provided in the car parks (except for parking lots open type and built-in residential buildings), and must be separated from the car park fire walls Type 2 and overlaps the 3rd type.Inputs and entrances to these areas should be isolated from the inputs and entrances to parking.

composition and floor space envisaged for the implementation of individual species or groups of maintenance and current repairs of cars, defined technological requirements of the relevant types of work, taking into account the requirements ONTP 01.

5.7 In premises of buildings, which are built car parks, should beprovided the noise level in accordance with the Russian Ministry of Health hygienic standards (GN 2.2.4 /

5.8 In car parks built into the building for other purposes is not allowed, as a rule, provide for the common ordinary staircases and elevator shafts general.To ensure the functional link the car park and other purpose buildings outputs of elevator shafts and stairwells of parking cell, usually should be provided in the lobby of the main entrance of this building with the device on the car park floors tambour gateways of type 1 with air overpressure in case of fire.If necessary, the car park all messages from another destination floors of the building should provide smoke protection elevator shafts and stairwells of the building.

Message premises for storage of cars on the floor with another purpose premises (other than those specified in 5.3) or of an adjacent fire compartment is allowed through the vestibule gateway with air overpressure in case of fire or device deluge curtain over the opening from the car park.

(Revised edition. Chg. Number 1).

5.9 Placement of commercial premises, stalls, kiosks, stalls, etc.directly to the car storage areas is not allowed.

In areas storage of cars allowed to provide no more than two parking spaces for unloading (loading) of vehicles serving the company that owns the hotel.This should not be possible for the permanent storage of goods in the place of parking.

The storage spaces of cars belonging to citizens, to separate permanently fixed seats permitted to use a mesh fence of non-combustible materials.

(Revised edition. Chg. Number 1).

5.10 In multi-storey buildings of parking places for the movement of vehicles should include ramps (ramps), inclined intercommunication overlap or special lifts (mechanical device).

When using structures with a continuous spiral floor, each full turn should be considered as tier (floor).

For multi-storey car parks with a total number of mezzanine floors is defined as the number of mezzanine divided into two floor area is defined as the sum of two adjacent mezzanine.

5.11 Number of ramps and thus the number of necessary visits and entrances to car parks are determined depending on the number of cars, located on all floors except the first one (for underground parking - on all floors), taking into account the mode of parking use, the estimated traffic volume and planning solutionshis organization.

Typically, the type and number of ramps can be taken when the number of vehicles:

to 100 - a single-track ramp with appropriate alarm;

to 1000 - a two-lane ramp or two single-track rail;

over 1000 - two double-track rail.Entering (leaving) from the underground floors of parking cars across the storage area on the first or ground floors are not permitted.

(Revised edition. Chg. Number 1).

5.12 In parking places of the closed type common to all floors of the ramp must be separated (to be isolated) on each floor of the premises for the storage of cars by fire barriers, gates, and (or) tambour gateways with air overpressure in case of fire in accordance with Table 1.
