These rules and regulations apply to buildings, structuresand space for parking (storage) vehicles regardless of ownership, and establis

h the basic provisions and requirements for space planning and design solutions, as well as the engineering equipment of buildings and their placement on the territory of the settlements.

The rules do not apply to buildings, structures and premises for parking (storage) for vehicles intended for the transport of explosives, poisonous, infectious and radioactive substances.

In these regulations apply the basic provisions and the general principles established by SNIP 21-01.

4.1 Placement of parking in the area of ​​urban and rural settlements, the size of their land and distance to other buildings and facilities should be provided to meet the requirements of SNiP 2.07.01 and SNiP II-89.

5 space-planning and design solutions

General requirements

5.1 Above-ground car park may provide a height of not more than 9 floors, underground -. not more than 5 underground floors.

5.2 Car parking can be:

5.12 In parking places of the closed type common to all floors of the ramp must be separated (to be isolated) on each floor of the premises for the storage of cars by fire barriers, gates, and (or) tambour gateways with air overpressure in case of fire in accordance with Table 1.
