damage or structural damage, leading to the necessity of ending the use of buildings;

unacceptable deterioration of operational properties of structures or buildings in general, due to deformation or cracking.

4.7.Structures and foundations of buildings should be calculated on the perception of these loads and impacts:

constant load of its own weight bearing and protecting designs;

snow load for the construction area;

wind load for the area of construction;

dangerous geophysical impact in the area of construction.

Normative values listed loadings accounted adverse load combinations and their corresponding effort, limiting values of deflections and displacements of structures, as well as the value of the load safety factors have to be taken in accordance with the requirements of SNIP 2.01.07.It must be taken into account as specified in the design assignment additional customer requirements to loads of heavy equipment components.
