1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

2.4.Construction organizations are responsible for the execution of construction and installation work under the project and in a timely manner, for the quality of these works, conducting individual testing equipment mounted to, the timely elimination of deficiencies identified in the course of acceptance of construction and installation works and comprehensive testing equipment, the timely commissioning of production capacities and facilities.

2.5.In case of violation of the rules of acceptance of the completed construction of facilities chairpersons and committee members, as well as persons to compel acceptance of the facility in violation of these regulations, subject to administrative, disciplinary and other liability in accordance with applicable law.

3. Working Commission, THEIR RIGHTS, DUTIES AND OPERATION
