1 SCOPE

These rules and regulations apply to buildings, structuresand space for parking (storage) vehicles regardless of ownership, and establish the basic provisions and requirements for space planning and design solutions, as well as the engineering equipment of buildings and their placement on the territory of the settlements.

The rules do not apply to buildings, structures and premises for parking (storage) for vehicles intended for the transport of explosives, poisonous, infectious and radioactive substances.

In these regulations apply the basic provisions and the general principles established by SNIP 21-01.

3 DEFINITIONS

4 ACCOMMODATION OF BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES

4.1 Placement of parking in the area of ​​urban and rural settlements, the size of their land and distance to other buildings and facilities should be provided to meet the requirements of SNiP 2.07.01 and SNiP II-89.

4.2 Parking lots can be located (subject to the requirements of these regulations) below and / or above ground level, consist of underground and above-ground parts (underground and above-ground floors, including with the use of the roof of the building), is attached to the buildings for other purposes or be integratedin them, including those located under the buildings in underground, basement, ground or lower floors above ground and placed on a specially equipped open area at ground level.

4.3 Parking is permitted to place in the annexe to the buildings of other functional purpose, except for the class of buildings of functional fire danger (SNIP 21-01) F 1.1, F 4.1 and F 5 categories A and B (on the airbag 105).

4.4 Parking is allowed to build in the building of another functional purpose I and II degrees of fire resistance class C0 and C1, except for buildings of classes F1.1, F4.1, F5 categories A and B. other degrees of fire resistance and classes of fire danger - not less than 15 m

5 space-planning and design solutions

General requirements

5.1 Above-ground car park may provide a height of not more than 9 floors, underground -. not more than 5 underground floors.

5.2 Car parking can be:

5.3 In buildings of parking places is allowed include: office space for service and staff on duty (control

5.9 Placement of commercial premises, stalls, kiosks, stalls, etc.directly to the car storage areas is not allowed.

5.10 In multi-storey buildings of parking places for the movement of vehicles should include ramps (ramps), inclined intercommunication overlap or special lifts (mechanical device).

5.12 In parking places of the closed type common to all floors of the ramp must be separated (to be isolated) on each floor of the premises for the storage of cars by fire barriers, gates, and (or) tambour gateways with air overpressure in case of fire in accordance with Table 1.
