2.5. After disconnecting the temporary dewatering devices, channels and chambers should be visually inspected at their lack of groundwater.

3. STRUCTURES AND INSTALLATION CONSTRUCTION

3.1. production work on the construction and installation of building structures should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of this section and the requirements:

SNIP III-15-76 - in the construction of monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete foundations, supports for pipes, chambers and other structures, as well asembedment of joints;

SNIP III-16-80 - the installation of precast concrete and reinforced concrete structures;

SNIP III-18-75 - the installation of metal structures supports superstructures for pipelines and other structures;

SNIP III-20-74 - with waterproofing channels (cameras) and other building structures (buildings);

SNIP III-23-76 - in the protection of building structures against corrosion.

3.2. outer surfaces supplied to the track elements of channels and chambers should be covered lubricative coating or lining hydraulic seals in accordance with the working drawings.

installation elements channels (cameras) in the design position should be carried out in the technological sequence of production linked to the project of installation and preliminary testing of pipe lines for resistance and impermeability.

booster cushion under the sliding pipe supports should be installed at the distances specified in SNIP II-D.10-73 * (II-36-73 *).

3.3. Monolithic stationary shield support must be performed after the installation of the pipelines in the area shield support.

3.4.In places I underground laying of pipelines in the channels and chambers of the building (construction) cases should wear bushing seals on pipes during their installation.

to input pipeline underground installation in the building must be made (in accordance with the working drawings) of the device, preventing the penetration of gas into the building.

3.5. Before installing the upper trays (plates) channels should be cleaned of soil, debris and snow.

3.6. deviation channel bottom slope heating network and drainage pipes from the project permitted by the amount of ± 0,0005, while the actual slope should not be less than the minimum allowed by SNIP II-D.10-73 * (II-36-73 *).

deviation parameters set other building structures from the project must comply with the requirements of SNIP III-15-76.SNIP III-16-80 and SNIP III-18-75.

3.7. the construction project and the project of works to be provided for advancing the construction of drainage and pumping devices for the water issue in accordance with the working drawings.

3.10. straight sections of drainage pipes between adjacent wells should be checked by inspection "born" with the help of a mirror before and after backfilling the trench.Reflected in the mirror pipe circumference must have the correct shape.Allowable deviations from the horizontal circle should be less than the tube diameter of 0.25, but not more than 50 mm in each direction.

deviation from the correct vertical circle shape is allowed.

4. Pipelining

4.1. Piping must be performed by specialized installers, with installation of the technology must provide high operational reliability of the pipelines.

During the execution of hydraulic tests of steam pipelines of 400 mm or more in diameter should be placed in the suspension spring to unload the unit.

4.8. pipeline valves should be installed in a closed state.Flanged and welded connection fittings should be performed without tension lines.

deviation from perpendicularity of the plane of the flange is welded to the pipe with respect to the axis of the pipe must not exceed 1% of the outer diameter of the flange, but be not more than 2 mm at the top of the flange.

4.9. Bellows (wavy) and expansion glands should be mounted in assembled form.

When laying underground heating networks installation of expansion joints in the design position shall be permitted only after the preliminary testing of pipelines on the strength and integrity, backfill underground laying of pipelines, channels, chambers and shield supports.
