floors

Instead
SNIP II-V.8-71

These standards apply to the design of industrial floors, residential, public, administrative and residential buildings.

floors with normalized measure of heat absorption of the floor surface should be designed to meet the requirements of SNIP II-3-79.

Design floors of livestock, poultry and fur buildings and premises should be made to meet the requirements of SNIP 2.10.03-84.

Building Polymeric materials and products for floors to be used in accordance with the list of polymeric materials and designs approved for use in construction, approved by the USSR Ministry of Health in coordination with the State Construction Committee of the USSR.

When designing floors to comply with the additional requirements necessary to set design standards of specific buildings and structures, fire protection and sanitary standards, as well as the norms of technological design.

These rules do not apply to the design of raised floors;floors located on permafrost, and heated floors.

Accepted name floor elements are given in Informative Annex 3.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1.Selecting the floor constructive solutions should be carried out on the basis of technical and economic feasibility of the decision in the concrete conditions of construction with a view to ensuring:

reliability and durability of the design adopted;

economical use of cement, metal, wood and other building materials;

fullest use of physical and mechanical properties of the materials used;

wage labor costs for installation and operation;

maximum mechanization of the process unit;

extensive use of local building materials and industrial wastes;

lack of influence of harmful factors applied in the construction materials floors;

optimum hygienic conditions for the people;

Firefighting.

1.2.Design flooring should be carried out according to defined impacts on the floor and special requirements to them, taking into account the climatic conditions of the construction.

1.3.The intensity of the mechanical stress on the floors should be taken from Table.1.

1.4.The intensity of the effects of fluids on the floor should be considered:

small - little effect of liquids on the floor;floor surface is dry or slightly damp;coating liquids sex is not soaked;cleaning of premises with pouring water from the hoses do not produce;

average - periodic wetting the floor, causing the permeation of the coating liquid;floor surfaces are usually moist or wet;on the floor drain fluid periodically;

great - continuous or repeated for the swelling liquid floor.

Zone liquids exposure due to their transfer to the soles of shoes and tires transportation extends in all directions (including related facilities) from the floor wet places:. Water and aqueous solutions of 20 m, mineral oils and emulsions - 100 m

floor washing (without spilling water) and random rare expose it splashes, droplets, etc.not considered the influence of liquids on the floor.

1.5.In areas with moderate to high intensity impacts on the floor liquids should include gender biases.The value of gender biases should be taken:

0,5-1% - when seamless coatings and surfaces of the plates (except for concrete surfaces of all kinds);

1-2% - when surfaces of paving stones, bricks and concretes of all kinds.

Slopes trays and channels, depending on the materials used must be not less than the specified, respectively.The direction of slope should be such that the waste water flowed into trays, channels and drains, without crossing driveways and walkways.

1.6.Sloping ceilings on the floors should be created using a variable screed thickness, and on the ground floor - an appropriate plan subgrade.

1.7.The premises should be used floor without voids (under the cover of air space) for the storage and processing of food products.

1.8.Materials for chemically resistant flooring in rooms with aggressive media should be taken according to SNIP 2.03.11-85 requirements.

1.9.At the junction of floors to walls, partitions, columns, foundations for equipment, pipelines and other structures protruding above the floor should be installed baseboards.

1.10.For lining chutes, channels and ladders in chemical-resistant flooring materials should be used, are intended to cover those floors.

2. Floor coatings

2.1.Type of floor production premises should be used depending on the type and intensity of mechanical, fluid and thermal effects, taking into account the special requirements for floors according to mandatory application 1.

Type of floor in residential, public, administrative and residential buildings should be used depending on the typepremises in accordance with the recommended application 2.

2.2.The thickness and strength of solid coating material and sheet flooring should be used according to Table.2.

2.3.The thickness of floors: earth, slag, gravel, crushed stone, clay, concrete, Heat-resistant concrete should be used for the calculation in the used materials and the foundation soil properties, depending on the load on the floor and take not less than, mm:

earthen 60

slag,gravel, crushed stone and adobe 80

of concrete and refractory concrete 120

2.4.The thickness and reinforcement plates of heat-resistant concrete should be taken for the calculation of structures lying on an elastic foundation under the action of the most unfavorable load on the floor.

2.5.The thickness of the boards, parquet boards, parquet boards, superhard fiberboard and slatted covers to be taken by the current standards for products according to the instructions of standard components albums floors of residential and public buildings.

2.6.In sports halls thickness of the coating of boards should be taken for the calculation, taking into account the dynamic loads on the floors and the need for secure mounting to the floor of sport equipment and ammunition.

2.7.The air space under the floor covering of the boards, slats, parquet boards and boards should not communicate with the ventilation and smoke channels, and indoor area of more than 25 m2 shall additionally be separated by partitions of boards on the size of the closed compartments (4-5) '(5-6) m.

2.8.The height and strength of the stone for the paving should be used according to Table.3.
