What buildings can be issued to the property under the dacha amnesty?

Making the simplified procedure applies to the following types of buildings:

  1. Residential homes, built on plots for individual construction.
  2. Residential homes built on private plots of private farming.
  3. House, hozblok, garages, saunas, gazebos and other structures erected in the cottage and garden plots.

To formalize these buildings in the property, for the first two types will need only the cadastral passport at home.For the third type of buildings will need their own drafting of a declaration on the construction, which fit the following information: address, type of construction, the purpose, the material of external walls, area, year of creation, information about connecting to engineering networks, cadastral parcel number.
