1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1.These standards apply to the design of built and reconstructed systems of domestic hot and cold water, sewer and drains.

1.2.In the design of internal hot and cold water supply, sewerage and drains need to meet the requirements of other regulatory documents approved by the Ministry of Construction or concerted Russia.

1.3.These rules do not apply to the design:

systems, fire main companies producing or storing explosives, flammable and combustible materials, as well as other facilities, the requirements for internal fire water supply are established by appropriate normative documents:

automatic fire-extinguishing systems;

heating units;

hot water treatment plants;

hot water systems supplying water for technological needs of industrial enterprises (including spa treatments) and water supply systems within the process equipment;

systems for special industrial water supply (de-ionized water, deep-freezing, etc..).

1.4.Domestic water supply - a system of pipes and devices, which provides the water supply to the sanitary appliances, fire hydrants and process equipment serving a single building or group of buildings, and having a common water measuring device from the water supply of the village or industrial enterprise.

In the case of water supply from the system to an external fire fighting design of pipelines laid outside buildings, should be performed in accordance with SNIP 2.04.02-84 *.

Internal sewage system - a system of pipelines and devices in the volume bounded by the outer surfaces of enclosing structures and releases to the first manhole providing wastewater disposal of sanitary appliances and technological equipment, and local treatment facilities, if necessary, as well as rainwater and meltwater insewerage network corresponding to the destination of the village or industrial enterprise.

1.6.In nekanalizovannyh areas of settlements is permitted to equip backlash-closets or raked (without the water supply of inputs) following building (construction):

production and auxiliary buildings of industrial enterprises with the number of employees up to 25 people.per shift;

1.10.The design should include the application of advanced technological solutions and methods of work: the mechanization of labor-intensive work, automation of technological processes and maximum industrialization of construction and installation work by the use of prefabricated structures, standard and generic products and parts manufactured in factories and procurement workshops.

1.11.Basic letter symbols adopted in these rules are given in the mandatory appendix 1.

2. QUALITY AND TEMPERATURE WATER SYSTEMS WATER

2.1.The quality of cold and hot water supplied for drinking and sanitary needs, must comply with GOST 2874-82 *.The quality of water supplied to the production needs, determined by technological requirements.

2.2.The temperature of the hot water at the taps should be provided:

a) not less than 60 ° C - for centralized hot water supply systems, open systems attached to the heat;

b) not less than 50 ° C - for centralized hot water supply systems, merging a "closed system of heat supply;

c) not more than 75 ° C - for all the systems specified in paragraphs "a" and "b".

2.3.In the premises of kindergartens temperature of hot water supplied to the water fittings showers and washbasins, should not exceed 37 ° C.

2.4.In catering for other water users that require hot water with a temperature higher than specified in para. 2.2, must provide for reheating of water, local water heaters.

2.5.Hot water temperature, feed water heaters in the distribution pipes of centralized hot water systems must comply with the recommendations for the design of thermal management items.

2.6.In the localities and enterprises, where drinking water sources do not provide all the needs of consumers, while the feasibility study, and in agreement with the sanitary-epidemiological service allowed non-potable water supply quality to the urinals and toilet flushing cisterns.

3. Determination of the estimated water flow in the water and sanitation systems and heat for hot water supply

3.1.Systems of cold, hot water supply and sanitation must ensure the water supply and wastewater disposal (loss) corresponding to the estimated number of water users or set of sanitary appliances.
