When installing sanitary systems and carrying out related civil works should not be damaged before the work performed.

1.5 Dimensions of holes and grooves for piping in ceilings, walls and partitions of buildings and structures are taken according to the recommended application 5, if other dimensions are not provided for the project.

1.6.Welding steel pipes must be carried out in any way regulated standards.

types of welded joints of steel pipe, shape, structural weld sizes must comply with the requirements of GOST 16037-80.

welding galvanized steel pipe should be made self-protective wire grade Sv-15GSTYUTSA CE, GOST 2246-70 diameter 0,8-1,2 mm or electrodes with a diameter of not more than 3 mm with rutile or rutile-coated calcium, if the use of other consumablesIt agreed in the prescribed manner.

compound of galvanized steel tubes, welded parts and assemblies for installation and processing plant should be carried out provided that local exhaust toxic emissions or cleaning the zinc coating on the length of 20-30 mm from the pipe ends to be joined, followed by coating the outer surface of the weld and heat affected zonepaint containing 94% of zinc dust (by mass), and 6% of synthetic binder (Polyethylene, chlorinated rubber, epoxy resin).

should meet the requirements of GOST 12.3.003-75 When welding steel pipes, parts and assemblies.

compound steel pipe (galvanized and non-galvanized), as well as their parts and assemblies of nominal bore diameter up to 25 mm inclusive, at the construction site should be done by welding overlap (with the distribution of one end of the pipe coupling or threadless).Butt joint pipe diameter nominal bore up to 25 mm inclusive may be performed on the processing plant. When welding

threaded surface and the mirror surface of the flanges should be protected from splashes and droplets of molten metal.

The weld should be free of cracks, cavities, pores, undercuts, nezavarennyh craters and crater line burns and stains deposited metal.

holes in pipes with diameter up to 40 mm for welding the pipes must be performed, usually by drilling, milling or cutting down on the press.

diameter should be equal to the inner diameter of the pipe to permissible deviations 1 mm.

1.7.Installation of sanitary-engineering systems in complex, unique and experimental buildings should be carried out according to the requirements of these rules and special instructions documentation.

2. PROCUREMENT

for units and parts of steel pipe

2.1.Production of components and parts of steel pipe should be carried out in accordance with the specifications and standards.Manufacturing tolerances must not exceed the values specified in the table.1.

2.2.Steel pipes, as well as parts and assemblies of them should be carried out on welding, thread, union nut and flange (to fittings and equipment).

Galvanized pipes, parts of it must be connected, as a rule, on the thread with galvanized steel or non-galvanized connecting parts made of ductile cast iron, on the union nut and flange (to fittings and equipment).

For threaded joints of steel pipes should be used a cylindrical pipe thread, performed in accordance with GOST 6357-81 (class B) on the knurled threaded tubes and lungs - at the ordinary and reinforced. When manufacturing

thread by rolling the pipe may be reduced at its inner diameter to 10% the entire length of the thread.

2.3.Turns piping in heating and district heating systems should be performed by bending the pipes or the use of seamless welded bends of carbon steel according to GOST 17375-83.

radius bending of pipes with nominal diameters up to 40 mm inclusive shall be at least 2.5 Dnar and a nominal width of 50 mm or more - not less than 3.5 Dnar pipe.

2.4.The cold and hot water supply piping bends should be done by setting the angles in accordance with GOST 8946-75, bends or bend pipe.Galvanized pipe should bend only in the cold state.

For pipes 100 mm in diameter and allowed to use a bent and welded taps. The minimum radius of the bends must be at least one and a half nominal bore pipe.

When bending welded pipe welded seam should be positioned on the outside billets and at an angle of at least 45 ° to the plane of bending.

2.5.Jelly weld on curved portions of the pipes in the heating elements of heating panels is not allowed.

2.6.When assembling nodes threaded joints must be sealed. As a sealant for threaded connections at medium temperatures up to 378 K (105 ° C) inclusive must apply PTFE tape of sealing material (FUM), or a linen lock impregnated with lead oxide or whitewash, zameshennymi on drying oil.

as a sealant for threaded connections at medium temperatures above 378 K (105 ° C) and for condensing lines must be used tape FUM or asbestos strand with a strand of flax, impregnated graphite, zameshennym on drying oil.

Tape FUM and linen lock should be imposed evenly over the course of the thread, and not to act in and out of the pipe.

as a sealant for flange connections For medium temperatures less than 423 K (150 ° C) should be used paronite 2-3 mm or PTFE-4, and at a temperature of no more than 403 K (130 ° C) - heat-resistant gasketsrubber.

For threaded and flanged connections are permitted and other sealing materials, pressure-tight joints at the design temperature coolant and agreed in the prescribed manner.

2.7.The flanges are connected to the pipe by welding.

deviation from perpendicularity of the flange is welded to the pipe with respect to the axis of the pipe to be 1% of the outer diameter of the flange, but not more than 2 mm.

flange surfaces must be smooth and free of burrs.Bolt heads should be located on one side of the connection.

The vertical pipe sections nuts should be placed at the bottom. The ends of the bolts

usually should not protrude from the nut over the bolt diameter of 0.5 or 3 thread pitch.

end of the pipe, including seam welding of the flange to the pipe must not protrude beyond the mirror flange.
