1.2.In the design of boilers with boilers, subordinated Gosgortechnadzor USSR (with a vapor pressure of more than 1.7 kgf / cm2, and with water temperatures over 115 ° C), in addition to these rules and regulations must be observed, in particular, the safety rules approved by the State Technical Supervision of the USSR.

1.12.Boilers for heat supply reliability to consumers include:

1.13.Thermal load calculation and choice of boiler equipment must be determined for the three typical modes:

maximum and winter - when the average outdoor air temperature in the coldest five days;

summer - at the design outdoor air temperature of the warm period (calculated parameters A).

1.16.Quantity and unit performance boilers installed in the boiler, the boiler should be selected on the design capacity, checking operation of boilers for the warm period of the year;while in the case of failure of the largest on the performance of the boiler in the boiler of the first category must provide the remaining heat supply to consumers of the first category:

for process heating and ventilation system - in an amount determined by the minimum permissible load (regardless of the outside temperature);

for heating and hot water - in an amount determined by the regime of the coldest months.
